Job Summary
Conduct daily project management for large-scale installations, acting as the sparring partner for the construction site manager. Coordinate the team of 200 colleagues across the country, managing execution, project leadership, and client interactions while ensuring optimal staff utilization. Oversee complete project planning, material provisioning, and daily progress tracking, including invoice handling and safety compliance. Report daily to leadership and make decisive, people-focused decisions to maintain quality and momentum.
