Coordinate daily project execution, team deployment, and material provisioning for installation maintenance, retrofit, and new construction across the Netherlands. Act as the primary sparring partner for the site manager, managing complete project planning, progress tracking, and invoice processing while ensuring strict safety compliance. Lead a team of electricians and supervisors, facilitating seamless transitions between execution, project leadership, and client interactions. Operate within a flat organizational structure at the Amsterdam facility, supporting a workforce of approximately 100 colleagues.
