Coordinate daily operations for the ASML Industrial Hub project, acting as the primary sparring partner for the site manager and managing the transition between execution, project leadership, and client relations. Lead a team of 200 colleagues across the Netherlands, overseeing project planning, material provisioning, daily progress tracking, and invoice processing while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. Report daily to the site manager and make decisive, people-focused decisions to maintain quality and momentum.
