Conduct guest-facing sales for private lessons and lift tickets at Montage Hotel, guiding guests of all ages and ability levels toward suitable mountain experiences. Become an expert on Big Sky Resort, the Montage property, Spanish Peaks, and the surrounding area to support guest questions and offer clear explanations of Mountain Sports School products. Book tailored lessons and capture necessary information accurately while maintaining a clean, organized sales area. Deliver exceptional service during every interaction, including busy rushes, and cultivate a welcoming presence that makes guests feel confident about their adventure. Work four ten-hour shifts per week with three days off. Requires previous hospitality experience, a personal vehicle, and strong communication skills.
