Monomer Refining Operator

Job Summary
Prepare, refine, and supply monomer materials and purified water meeting strict quality specifications for the polymerization process. Operate equipment strictly according to standard operating procedures while monitoring concentration, conductivity, pH, and feed volume. Prevent leakage, spills, and overfeeding during monomer exchange, then clean storage tanks and regenerate resin exchange columns using acid and alkali solutions. Receive crude monomer safely, maintain detailed withdrawal records, and conduct routine inspections of tank areas, equipment, and pipelines. Flush all relevant lines using purified water or compressed air after each operation. Identify abnormal conditions promptly and report them to assist with corrective actions. Maintain high standards of environmental sanitation and housekeeping within the assigned work area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or above
- Completion of mandatory safety training
- Operational skills training
- Factory rules and regulations training
