Monitor internal and external security for both plant floors by executing door access actions and controlling employee, visitor, and material entry/exit. Administer the electronic incident report database, locker audits, and lost tool investigations while managing overtime scheduling and key assignments. Develop shift activity plans, train staff on processes, and present problem analysis solutions to leadership. Make decisions based on manuals and procedures regarding emergency handling and confidentiality.
