Job Summary
Monitor revenue, bookings, traffic, conversion, API health, and supplier connectivity metrics 24/7 to spot anomalies and drive root cause analysis across client, supplier, and connectivity issues. Design dashboards, KPIs, and alerting processes from the ground up while investigating live incidents and coordinating with Engineering and Key Account Managers. Work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays to maintain platform stability for global travel partners.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in monitoring, operations, data analysis, technical support, revenue operations or a similar role
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data
- Genuinely enjoys spotting patterns and anomalies in data
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Can investigate issues using logs, dashboards and system data without needing someone to hold their hand
- Communicates clearly
- Is genuinely available for 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- SQL or BI experience
- Bonus if you've worked in travel technology, OTAs, bedbanks, hotel distribution or connectivity
- Have a basic understanding of APIs and technical integrations
- Proactive
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable being the one making decisions independently overnight, without a manager standing over your shoulder
