Job Summary
Monitor security cameras remotely for suspicious activity and coordinate with internal departments during emergencies. Dispatch emergency calls for video-triggered incidents, ensure truck security, and maintain accurate electronic security records. Intervene to halt disturbances, assess danger, and assist in Emergency Response Plans. Ask for valid identification for all yard arrivals and maintain communication until situations resolve. Look for efficient resolution in the shortest time while keeping yards safe. Requires English fluency, four years of monitoring experience, and strong computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- English fluency
- +4 years experience as monitorist, security supervisor or similar
- Team player
- Fast learning: Computer/ tech savvy and adapt to new software quickly
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal English
- Strong computer skills, must have experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong decision-making ability – shows good judgment and confidence
- Proactivity
- Attention to detail
