Monitoring Officer

Monitor surveillance systems and review camera footage to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct staff screening activities accurately and confidentially, in line with established SOPs. Ensure all monitoring activities are properly documented and reported to relevant stakeholders. Identify and escalate any irregularities, breaches, or security concerns in a timely manner. Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes by providing feedback and suggestions. Focus on professional development through training and hands-on learning to enhance monitoring tools, systems, and procedures. Exhibit teamwork and effective communication while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. Proactively take on additional tasks as needed, manage workload efficiently, and align with ACE’s culture and policies.
