Job Summary
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist will provide M&E support to the El Salvador Team Lead, coordinating with project staff and stakeholders to assess performance indicators, manage data collection, and deliver written reports on results and lessons learned. Responsibilities include developing a Project Monitoring Plan, supporting MEL efforts among partners, conducting evaluations, and writing comprehensive reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least four years of experience, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI are also required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, statistics, economics, development, sociology, peacebuilding or related field required
- Four (4) or more years of relevant work experience, with at least two years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
- Experience in the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
- Demonstrated experience in report writing in an international donor context
- Advanced English as well as proficient Spanish language is required
- Ability to travel overnight to the municipalities where the project will work
- Salvadorian Citizenship or ability to work legally in country without sponsorship
