Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Coordinator - Readvertised

MEAL Coordinator for ASTYE programme based in Fort Portal, Uganda. Lead the design and implementation of the MEAL strategy, including results frameworks, monitoring plans, and management information systems (MIS). Oversee data collection, analysis (quantitative and qualitative), baselines and evaluations, and accountability through a Community Feedback Mechanism. Provide capacity building and technical support to GOAL and partner teams; manage the MEAL team and budget; conduct field visits for quality assurance; ensure data protection and compliance; produce high-quality communication materials and learning outputs; support learning and adaptive management through regular reporting and forums.
