Job Summary
Monitoring and Evaluation Associate based in The Gambia country office to support monitoring, evaluation, and evidence generation for the EU-ISEY project; provide technical support for tracking project progress, input into EU-OPSYS reporting, conduct field visits to monitor mentorship programs and leadership initiatives for female educators, and build capacity of implementing partners and grassroots CSOs in RBM, data disaggregation, and project reporting; coordinate with MoBSE, MoHERST, EU-ISEY project team (UNOPS, UNFPA, Expertise France), EU Delegation, other UN agencies, and civil society partners to ensure quality implementation and external relations; ensure compliance with UNFPA and EU reporting standards and contribute to bi-annual and annual progress reports.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary School Education is required
- Advanced diploma in programme and project management, university degree (or equivalent) in Statistics, Economics, Education, Development, or related social sciences is an added advantage
