Job Summary
Monitoring Analyst responsible for monitoring production systems, reviewing alerts, analyzing system performance, and providing timely reporting to support business and operational decisions. Requires strong SQL and Tableau skills, and the ability to develop dashboards and executive-level reports. Duties include reviewing, investigating, and escalating incidents, analyzing health metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, and participating in shift coverage including evenings, overnights, and weekends in a contract/full-time production support environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT experience in Production Support, Monitoring, Operations, or a related role.
- Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a shift-based environment, including graveyard shifts.
- Willingness to relocate to Sacramento, CA.

- Knowledge of incident management and production support processes.
