Job Summary
Monitor patient telemetry and vital signs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on every other weekend. Document patient data accurately and communicate critical updates to the care team. Complete the required telemetry course within three months of hire. Maintain a high school diploma, medical terminology knowledge, and computer proficiency. This part-time day shift role supports the PCU team at Monitor Tech's 8 Tower facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Medical terminology course
- Formal medical secretary course
- 2-year Health Science Technology program
- Computer experience
- Pass the telemetry course within 3 months of hire
