Job Summary
Monitor to maintain a safe, respectful environment for participants and staff in a homeless-services setting. Enforce rules and policies around alcohol/drug use and participant conduct; respond to emergencies and incidents; de-escalate conflicts with support from supervisors; conduct incident reporting; monitor security cameras; manage locks and key systems; participate in trainings on trauma-informed care, racial and gender sensitivity, homelessness, and safeguarding; candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and certifications in Food Handling and BLS/CPR.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a homeless shelter or related setting
- Basic computer skills (for incident reporting and camera system navigation)
- Food Handler Certification
- BLS/CPR Certification
