Job Summary
Assist the driver in the safe operation of the assigned route and support student management as defined by the school. Responsibilities include learning and following assigned routes, managing student behavior, assisting with bus inspections, supporting students during boarding and disembarking, maintaining communication with school personnel, and participating in required safety training. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a willingness to adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work early morning hours
- Maintain a professional, respectful attitude toward coworkers, students, parents, and customers
- Dress in a professional and appropriate manner for a business environment
- Perform all job duties safely, adhering to OSHA guidelines and applicable federal and state laws
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Ability to use, or willingness to learn, internet‐based systems, required software programs, and office equipment (e.g., phones, fax machines, and other electronic devices)
