Monitor

Monitor position at Gateway Rehab (GRC) in Erie, PA. Duties include monitoring resident movement, maintaining logs, conducting intakes and orientations, administering drug screens, overseeing medication dispensing, conducting random room checks, and transporting residents as needed. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to defuse tense situations, and professional discretion. Must have a High School diploma or GED, pass a background check and drug screen (company-paid), obtain a CPR certification shortly after starting, and possess a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record. Afternoon and overnight shifts are available with a competitive starting salary of $18/hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus; benefits include training, PTO, medical insurance options, and retirement plan with employer match.
