Monitor

Assist the Operations Manager, Transportation Assistant or Dispatcher with daily transportation functions including resourcing and monitoring, completion of paperwork, and addressing passenger relations issues within the framework of the company’s Operations Excellence Program. Accompany the school bus driver on the regularly scheduled route, help manage student behavior for safety, assist with loading/unloading of disabled or non-ambulatory students, secure seats/restraints/medical aids as needed, support driver with emergencies and evacuations, maintain confidentiality of student information, and perform other duties as assigned. Must complete required training and background checks; strong emphasis on safety and service.
