Job Summary
Conduct call localization, transcription, and monitoring of partner interactions via listening and reading. Execute treatment and reanalysis of contested attendings, perform calibration by segment/partner, and draft quality opinions (laudos) on internal signals. Interpret conduct situations impacting quality processes and analyze operational indicators such as conversion, efficiency, and takt time. Propose improvements for scripts and checklists, handle contestations of monitored calls, and ensure assertive diagnostics supporting operational performance. Requires high school diploma, Office proficiency, and speech analytics skills. Located in Ribeirão Preto.
