Job Summary
Monitor production shifts, allocating resources to ensure product quality, productivity, and yield. Control production performance qualitatively and quantitatively by analyzing indicators and reports to suggest and implement necessary actions. Maintain equipment functionality through effective monitoring of maintenance programs and ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and HACCP standards. Contribute to continuous process improvement by participating in suggestions and supporting the implementation of quality system objectives. This role requires a high school diploma, with a university degree considered a plus. The position is 100% on-site in the production area.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Médio completo
- Conhecimento intermediário no pacote Office
- Conhecer o processo e indicadores fabris
- Realizar troca de turno, se aplicável, com os demais monitores de maneira presencial
- Atender as normas de segurança e qualidade da JBS
