Distribute raw materials systematically via PDA and perform daily control and tracking of incoming production lots, including label checks, scale calibrations, and lot closures. Capture data across all plant production systems and measure sample yields on evisceration and filleting lines, recording results in the central database. Report sampling outcomes and progress updates to the supervisor. Requires a technical degree in aquaculture or related field with at least one year of production process experience, basic Microsoft Office and Inova software skills, and availability to work in Puerto Natales. Includes quarterly IPC adjustments, complementary insurance, school bonuses, and on-site meals.
