Monitor

Monitor client behavior to provide appropriate guidance, feedback, and direction when necessary. Safely assist clients by helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using lap and shoulder belts, and securing them in car seats and booster seats. Communicate effectively and clearly in English with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff. Shifts run between 6:00am and 8:00pm with potential for full-time hours or ride-share work in between. Starting rate is $18/hr, increasing to $18.54 as of August 24th. Candidates must be 19+ and pass background checks, CORI & SORI. JYL Transportation operates in Central and Western Massachusetts, serving students, patients, and communities with a diverse fleet including wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
