Job Summary
The Bridge Home: La Fayette Monitor is responsible for the general oversight of residents, ensuring a safe and friendly environment. Duties include checking in residents, maintaining documentation, monitoring medication, and performing facility rounds. Essential skills include knowledge of homelessness issues, ability to respond to emergencies, and maintaining confidentiality. High School Diploma or GED is required, with preference for additional education and bilingual skills. Candidates must also pass a criminal background check and be at least 18 years of age.

Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification
Additional Requirements
- Ability to obtain annual TB test and complete other required Salvation Army trainings (decision driving, PTM, etc.)
