Accompany residents daily in daily living activities to support their autonomy and establish adapted reference points. Design and lead individual or collective activities, including workshops, outings, and educational sessions. Deploy and evaluate personalized projects in alignment with each resident's specific needs while collaborating closely within a multidisciplinary team. This role is part of MAS L'Olivier, a specialized residential structure for adults with intellectual disabilities or polyhandicap, serving 36 residents across three units of life in Puget-sur-Argens.
