Job Summary
Manufacturing Technician II for Cream Production responsible for ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of full-scale validation & commercial batches to the Supply Chain team from the Cream Production Suite. This role is cross-trained for primary packaging equipment and involves training, setup, operation, changeover and basic maintenance of Production equipment, as well as primary packaging equipment. Participates in Maintenance and Operations Team meetings to support production schedule adherence, transfers cGMP standards to new staff, and ensures equipment readiness, downtime reduction, and OEE improvements while maintaining compliance with cGMP (21 CFR 210 & 211).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of equivalent pharmaceutical industry experience
- four years cGMP related experience
- Experience in an FDA regulated industry
- thorough functional understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and cGMPs
