Job Summary
Process daily operational requests including distributions, wire transfers, ACH setups, cost basis inquiries, account transfers, and trade orders. Serve as the primary liaison between advisors, clients, and account custodians to clarify paperwork requirements, firm policies, and custodian rules. Proactively research and resolve operational issues to minimize Not-In-Good-Order submissions and ensure seamless client experiences. Collaborate with internal departments to support customer service initiatives and drive process improvements. Requires FINRA Series 7 licensing, a Bachelor's degree, and minimum 2 years of broker-dealer experience. Based in Dallas, Texas, this role supports Integrity's omnichannel platform for life, health, and wealth products.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with a broker-dealer, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), or insurance organization
- Minimum of 4 years of client service, operations, or related experience within the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
- FINRA Series 7 required within the first six months of employment
- Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to take ownership of a variety of projects and drive them through implementation
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement timely solutions
- Office-based position
- No travel required
