Job Summary
Manage monetization and product activities through the game's Back Office system, including setting up promotions, pricing configurations, segmentation, and campaigns. Enable or disable game features and events while collaborating with monetization, economy, R&D, and product teams. Execute daily monitoring of tests and work with QA to ensure live campaign configurations function correctly. Handle production incidents in real time under pressure and maintain availability for urgent issues outside regular hours. Use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and innovation in daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and work quality
- Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
- Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications
- Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills
- Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Willingness to maintain availability for urgent issues outside of regular working hours
