Job Summary
Develop professional relationships with customers, optimize base sales, and drive field KPIs to achieve annual objectives. Ensure maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising, implement and monitor promotions, manage point-of-buy materials placement and execution, and report on activities. Bring solid sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical capability, and attention to detail to support Mondelēz International’s growth in the China market through active field selling, promotions, and retailer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG
