Job Summary
Develop professional relationships with customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. Ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Drive field KPI performance and annual objectives. Implement merchandising techniques to maximize visual impact and shelf availability; monitor promotional activities; manage point-of-buy materials placement and execution; report on activities. Bring strong sales knowledge, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on FMCG/CPG and attention to detail.
