Deliver training on operational manuals, DMS/SIF systems, and SOPs to sales teams while negotiating store activities with key retailers. Track POS and inventory data to drive store execution quality and resolve operational issues. Coordinate with internal teams to collect market feedback and ensure contract fulfillment. Lead sales team performance management, set targets, and provide continuous coaching. Requires 6-8 years in FMCG with 3+ years in dealer management. No relocation support available.
