Job Summary
RN or LPN needed to provide 1:1 pediatric home health care for a child in Plattsburg, MO (and Lathrop, MO) with a G-tube, Monday–Friday 9a–5p. Role includes in-home care, training for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, with 24/7 support from a dedicated team; flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k with company match, and generous PTO. Sign-on bonus up to $4,000 for full-time nights with shift differentials. Training to enable safe, independent pediatric care and meaningful family engagement.
Required Qualifications
- RN license or LPN license required for pediatric home health care
- 1:1 in-home pediatric nursing
- training provided for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care
- home health care experience preferred but not required
