Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance shop to ensure fleet reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Lead shop staff; coordinate maintenance activities; minimize equipment downtime; uphold safety protocols; maintain records; utilize fleet maintenance software; provide coverage for the District Maintenance Manager when required. Requires a Truck & Transport Technician Licence and a valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence. Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work extended hours, including weekends; willingness to travel occasionally.
