Momentum Residency Program Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the MOMENTUM Residency program in Mary’s Center, providing clinical and administrative supervision to residents, implementing the MOMENTUM curriculum, organizing trainings and workshops, mentorships, and supplemental supervision, and developing partnerships with external school sites and contractors. Lead recruitment for the residency, ensure residents deliver clinically sound behavioral health services in school settings in line with standards of care, manage contracts and MOUs, supervise contractors, oversee program budget and expenditures, contribute to clinical curriculum development, monitor performance metrics, and explore expansion opportunities. Requires a master’s degree in a related field and an advanced license (LICSW or LPC) with anticipated DC and MD licensure within six months. This is a full-time, on-site role at Mary’s Center partner school sites in Washington, DC. Knowledge of HIPAA, English proficiency (Spanish preferred), and experience with supervision, clinical notes, intake review, treatment planning, and claims processes are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
- Advanced license (LICSW or LPC) to practice psychotherapy in the District of Columbia
- Within 6 months of hire, licensed in both the District of Columbia and Maryland
- Working knowledge of Windows and Word; HIPAA compliance/regulation
- English communication; Spanish preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Full-time workplace at partner school sites
