Job Summary
Molecular Account Executive responsible for selling molecular diagnostics across CO/UT/MT/WY/NE/ID to hospitals, IDNs, reference labs, and women's health offices; duties include identifying new opportunities, engaging C-suite stakeholders, managing long capital sales cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving territory growth with win-win solutions. Requires proven strategic sales success, strong relationship-building with senior-level executives, ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and travel up to 75% within the US. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 4+ years of sales experience with at least 2+ years of experience in capital equipment sales
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel 50-75% in assigned territory and other locations in the US
- Experience in capital sales and multi-stakeholder environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (CRM)
