Molding Technician/Tehničar za brizganje plastike

Molding Technician responsible for monitoring and inspecting the injection molding process to maintain high efficiency and quality. Duties include responding to equipment alarms, performing tool changes using Rapid Tool Change (RTC) techniques, daily mold cleaning, shutdown/start-up activities, recording process data, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, training and supporting new team members, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Requires knowledge of plastics and injection molding, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, detail-oriented and proactive mindset, and the ability to work in shifts. High school diploma or equivalent; experience in molding/manufacturing is a plus. Croatian or English CV requested.
