Required Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• •Dexterity and attention to detail
• •Basic computer and math skills
• •Ability to read and understand written specifications and procedures
• •Ability to sit frequently, stand, walk and bend
• •Ability to lift items up to 35-50lbs as applicable
• •Ability to do repetitive tasks
• •Detail-oriented
• •Adherence to Nordson's Safety Policy
• •Ability to work under direct supervision
• •Ability to take work instruction from Supervisor and Leads
• •Ability to work cooperatively and productively within a team environment
• •Ability to Read, Understand and follow written procedures without deviating from the outlined process after training has been completed
• •Ability to work under conditions of a controlled environment
• •Ability to operate within our quality management system
• •Ability to operate basic balloon machines
• •Ability to operate cutters
• •Ability to operate scissors
• •Ability to operate air tools
• •Ability to operate measurement tools (ex. Rulers, Calipers, Pin Gauges, etc.)
• •Ability to Enter data from manufacturing processes into computer software
• •Ability to Operate with an understanding of Cleanroom Environment requirements
• •Ability to Operate with an understanding of Good Documentation Practices
• •Ability to Operate with an understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices

Desired Qualifications

• •Working experience in a FDA or ISO regulated environment
