Molding Technician (2nd or 3rd Shifts)

Job Summary
Set up, operate, and maintain molding equipment to support daily production operations. Perform professional modifications and repairs on existing machinery under direction from management or qualified associates. Relay product and quality information to operators, inspectors, and supervisors while documenting production, maintenance, and QC audits. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas, and the department. Schedule includes Monday to Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm for the 2nd shift or Sunday to Thursday from 11:00pm-7:00am for the 3rd shift. Requires high school diploma, two years of injection molding experience, and ability to manage interruptions professionally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of Injection molding experience
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to manage interruptions in a professional and respectful manner
- Above average basic math skills and reasoning ability
- Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Successful completion of Mechanical Aptitude test
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm
- 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday from 11:00pm-7:00am
