Job Summary
Molding Systems Analyst responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing systems and processes related to injection molding. RESPONSIBILITIES include data analysis and reporting, MRP planning support, scheduling optimization, production capacity and tooling assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing systems or planning, with strong experience in MRP/ERP, data analysis, dashboards, and IQMS for injection molding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing systems, planning, or analyst role
- Strong experience with MRP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Background in production scheduling and process planning
- Experience supporting injection molding operations and schedules (IQMS)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools, or similar)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems supporting injection molding environments
- Knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling constraints, and machine capacities
- Experience building dashboards or advanced reports (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
- Experience acting as a change agent within manufacturing operations
- Data-driven decision making
