Molding Supervisor - Shift 2

Supervise and direct injection molding activities for assigned classifications while enforcing company policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook. Direct, instruct, and train new and promoted employees, monitoring and correcting performance as necessary. Audit quality and productivity, investigate disciplinary actions, and ensure all daily process checks and housekeeping checklists are completed accurately. Coordinate work flow throughout the department using SLMS, collaborate with other shifts and departments to resolve quality problems using root cause techniques, and prepare reports, memos, and schedules. Comply with environmental health and safety systems.
