Job Summary
Mid-level Molding Operator II on a rotating night shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am) responsible for cosmetic part quality, dimensional charting, labeling, inspection, annealing, and submission of molded component lots to Quality Assurance for final audit. Supports training of new operators, operates multiple molding machines, and ensures adherence to drawings and specifications. Requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience with strong attention to detail and basic computer skills; offers comprehensive benefits and shift options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and understand written instructions
- Ability to follow oral instructions
- Ability to learn and remember key information about parts molded in the department
- Detail oriented
- Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Demonstrated computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
Desired Qualifications
- One year molding experience preferred
- Experience with annealing processes
- Experience with measuring tools and dimensional charting
- Familiarity with GMP/MPS/QAP compliance
- Experience with quality inspections and documentation
- Experience operating multiple molding machines
