Molding Operator (Entry-Level Manufacturing / Production Operator) Overnight Shift

Job Summary
Inspect molded plastic parts to ensure they meet quality standards, identify and report defects, and perform light assembly, trimming, and secondary operations. Operate manufacturing equipment including manual sonic welders and pallet jacks while maintaining production goals and machine cycle times. Monitor materials, follow work instructions, and keep workstations clean and safe. Package, label, stack, and prepare products for shipping. This entry-level role in our Madison, SD facility includes paid on-the-job training and requires a core schedule of 12am to 8am Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic reading, math, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attendance and reliability
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Regularly lift up to 20 pounds and frequently lift up to 37 pounds
- Perform repetitive hand movements and repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a moderate to loud industrial setting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation experience
