Job Summary
Inspect molded plastic parts for defects, perform light assembly and trimming, and complete quality inspections with hourly measurements. Operate manual sonic welders and pallet jacks while monitoring materials and maintaining production goals. Package, label, stack, and prepare products for shipping in a safe, team-oriented environment. Keep workstations clean and organized, following work instructions across different production areas as needed. This role includes paid on-the-job training for entry-level candidates. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic reading, math, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attendance and reliability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation experience
