Job Summary
Inspect molded plastic parts to ensure they meet quality standards, identify and report product defects, and complete quality inspections with hourly measurements. Perform light assembly, trimming, and secondary operations while operating equipment such as manual sonic welders and pallet jacks. Maintain production goals, monitor materials, follow work instructions, and keep workstations clean and safe. Package, label, stack, and prepare products for shipping across different production areas as business needs require. This entry-level role includes paid on-the-job training and is based at the Madison, SD facility, with core hours from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic reading, math, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attendance and reliability
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Regularly lift up to 20 pounds and frequently lift up to 37 pounds
- Perform repetitive hand movements and repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a moderate to loud industrial setting
