Molding Operator- Day Shift

Operate rubber molding presses to produce quality parts according to production schedules and customer specifications. Prepare molds, load and unload materials, monitor press cycles, inspect finished parts for quality, and maintain a clean work area. Load and unload stock and inserts, finish, sort, gauge, cut, and package materials. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Molding Supervisor. Read and follow routing work instructions and perform basic data input for job production and labor reporting. Maintain equipment and surrounding work area in a clean and orderly condition. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures while collaborating with team members, setup technicians, and maintenance staff.
