Molding Operator 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Operate molding machines on the second shift, perform reel changes and material handling (raw material and finished product), grind runners and manage virgin/regrind material, maintain a clean and organized work area, conduct visual and dimensional quality checks, interpret common machine error messages and restart production, ensure adherence to safety policies and verify guards/devices are in working condition, and provide support to the Molding Set-Up Person or Technician as needed. Utilize measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers) and common hand tools, maintain production records, and contribute to a compliant, efficient manufacturing environment.
