Job Summary
Operate blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic containers for Clorox Liquid Bleach, managing melting, extruding, and molding processes. Initiate machinery, adjust temperature controls, and handle materials while ensuring quality standards through pre- and post-production inspections. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical systems, and conduct repairs as needed. Manage inventory by unloading supplies, storing excess bottles, and entering data into computer systems. Maintain a clean workspace and prepare reports. Work rotational shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) with flexibility for overtime based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years direct experience in Packaging, Molding, and Palletizing operator experience in a manufacturing environment
- Effective written and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Email
- Ability to work different shifts should business needs arise (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)
- Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Physical ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift

Desired Qualifications
- 5 years of operator experience in a manufacturing environment
- Transferable skills such as experience with packaging equipment, auto mechanics, maintenance, blow molding, electrical, or machine shop
- Enterprise resource planning ERP software — SAP software
- Office suite software — Microsoft Office 365 suites software
- Proven experience in operations, preferably with a military background
