Molder Operator (12 hour Shift) - $17.00 per hour

Molder Operator responsible for inspecting, cutting, trimming, and packing pipe fittings produced by injection molding machines. Safely and efficiently perform top-quality operational duties, including knowledge of plastic fittings by name, shape, and dimension; achieve production goals; complete production line paperwork; verify labeling and packaging; set up weight scales; identify and escalate non-conforming quality defects to Mold Technician/Supervisor/QA. Assist with changeovers, maintain 5S standards, and train new Injection Molding personnel as needed. Maintain a clean, safe workspace, assist with station setup, labeling parts, and counting cartons/cases with accurate totals; perform 5S audits daily. Requires the ability to read and comprehend English to follow work instructions; basic mathematical skills; ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds; prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
