Job Summary
Prepare molds and materials, load them according to work instructions, and operate rotational molding equipment after training. Remove finished products, trim and clean parts, and inspect for quality defects. Use hand and power tools as needed while reading work orders and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency. This hands-on role is part of a production team manufacturing rugged products for military, aerospace, and industrial applications. The position includes a day shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with three-day weekends and occasional Friday overtime during busy season.
