Job Summary
Molding Machine Operator position at Pentair in Delavan, WI. Responsible for operating plastic injection molding presses to produce components, perform secondary operations (e.g., removing spurs, sonic welding, deburring, minor assembly/packaging), and conduct in-process quality checks. Supports floor operations (resin swapping, automatic press operation) and contributes to productivity and quality audits. Requires ability to work in a team, hands-on operation of molding equipment, and familiarity with tools and measurement devices. Shift is 1st (6:00am–2:00pm) with potential overtime; compensation $18.00–$20.00/hour with potential increases after training. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating injection molding presses
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools
- Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders
