Job Summary
Molder I - Machine Operator responsible for operating and setting up compression molding equipment to produce PTFE bushings, performing material blending, sintering, and maintaining quality through inspection reports. Uses forklifts and cranes to handle tooling and products, adheres to 5S and safety protocols, learns and uses the ERP system to track production jobs, and may perform operator preventative maintenance. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds (more with equipment), travel for training if required, and work overtime or weekends as needed. Requires reading and writing proficiency, ability to read a tape measure, and strong teamwork; no travel required beyond potential training opportunities.
